ABHS Aftersales

Teams of trained personnel are available to assist you with any installation, servicing, maintenance, queries or parts requirements you may have.

Quality Control prior to Dispatch from the factory

All our equipment is fully designed, manufactured, built and tested in our factories. Rigorous quality & final dispatch check processes are in place to ensure customers receive what is ordered on time and to the agreed specification.

Our unique and innovative designs allow the equipment to be quickly dismantled at our factory into large sections (after testing) and packed safely and securely into containers to keep freight costs to a minimum.

On Site Assembly and Commissioning

Detailed assembly instructions/ drawings are provided for all equipment. A typical 500 TPH ship loader can be unpacked, assembled and ready to load vessels within 3-4 days.

ABHS’ experienced personnel are available to supervise/ assist with on-site assembly, commissioning and initial operation of the equipment.

On-site training for Customer’s team

On-site training is provided on all electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Our training ensures that trouble shooting of field issues can be done quickly, safely and accurately by the customer and relayed to our dedicated aftersales team if required.
