ABHS specializes in bulk material handling systems used in Ports and Inland Terminals. ABHS products have many benefits including eliminating the double handling of material, reducing dust emissions and costs.
Take advantage of our Complimentary Engineering Consultation and find out how to optimize your bulk material handling.
We have many options available so our extensive range of mobile shiploading systems are ideal for differing quayside design, production rates, bulk materials and vessel sizes.
The equipment is very mobile and flexible so takes into account the small and restricted areas often found on inland port and terminals quaysides. The barge loading equipment can handle volumes of up to 2,000 TPH and can trucks from 20 tons up to 100 tons in capacity.
The mobile truck unloader for ship loading allows the operator to directly unload trucks in the Port or Inland Terminal to eliminate the double handling of material. The fully mobile units can be used to load barges and coaster vessels directly from trucks to maximize production rates and minimize labour on site.
A Radial Telescopic Shiploader is being used to load coaster vessels directly from a plant conveyor. The shiploader has been fitted with many features with a particular emphasis on controlling fugitive dust, increasing loading rates and improving working conditions.
