  • Parallel driven wheels for quick 'hatch to hatch' times, along with telescopic to 'pass' infrastructure on geared vessels
  • Telescopic feature ensures unrivalled trimming capabilities
  • Dust containment, suppression and extraction options available
  • Telescopic free-fall and cascade chutes available
  • Mobility to move 'Off-site' when not in use

Description

The mobile radial telescopic ship loader ensures unrivaled flexibility when loading a vessel. The radial and telescopic features allow the operator to easily trim the hatch or multiple hatches from one feeding position, reducing hatch change times and production downtime. They can load vessels up to Panamax size with ease and we offer a complete range of mobility and dust suppression / extraction options for specific applications and materials, as well as a comprehensive range of mobility options, including tracked, wheeled and mounted on rails.

Options

  • Mobility – Driven wheels (In-line, parallel, radial modes), Track mounted (Harsh ground conditions), wheels and rail mounted
  • Galvanised / canvas dust covers
  • Dust extraction units mounted at transfer points
  • Telescopic discharge chutes - Free-fall, cascade & rotational trimmer chutes available
  • Rubber ‘sock’ chutes
  • Spray bars for dust suppression
  • Sealing of all transfer points including side plates and under-trays
  • Radio remote controls
  • Various power options - All-electric, diesel-hydraulic & diesel-electric
  • Marine specification paint finish
