Truck Unloader

Truck Unloader

The mobile truck unloader allows the operator to load a vessel directly from a dump truck, to avoid the double handling of material on the quayside and therefore reduce the degredation of the material.

Key Features

  • Eliminate the double handling of material by dumping directly into the truck unloader, therefore avoiding the need to dump directly onto the quayside
  • Fully mobile independent units for easy relocation whilst vessel loading
  • Complete range of units for unloading from a range of trucks, wheel loaders and grabs
  • Same unit used for barge unloading from grabs / loaders
  • Easily used to feed other ABHS equipment or auxiliary equipment

Description

The mobile truck unloader allows the operator to load a vessel directly from a dump truck, to avoid the double handling of material on the quayside. This helps the operator reduce loading times in order to maximise production rates and minimize labour and maintenance costs, by having a single unit for both unloading and loading.

Options

  • Dust enclosures c/w rubber dust flaps at feed-in point.
  • Dust Suppression Measures – Galvanised / Canvas Dust covers, dust extraction, Integrated telescopic chutes (Free-fall – Cascade Design), 360 degree trimmer chutes, Rubber ‘sock’ chutes, water suppression and many more.
  • Sealing of all transfer points including side plates and under-trays.
  • Hydraulic raise / lower ramps.
  • Electrical Integration – Communication interlinks, radio remote controls, Dual Power (Electric driven belts) and many more.
  • Marine Specification paint finish.

Features & Benefits

  • Heavy duty feed-in points for trucks up to 60 – 70 tonnes
  • Integrated apron chain belt feeder to handle surge of material from trucks
  • Mobility means flexibility - Complete on-site mobility to suit all types of jetty/quayside
  • Dust extraction / suppression options to ensure dust emmissions are kept to a minimum
  • Optional fully sealed feed-in, transfer and discharge points to eliminate spillage and dust emmissions on site
  • Radial boom length options for maximum flexibility when trimming vessel holds
  • Loading rates up to 1,500 TPH (Depending on Truck Cycle times)
  • Range of Truck Unloaders for all applications
  • Lower capital investment than fixed truck unloading systems
  • Reduced civil requirements on site
